Introduction

The Geelix Campus is currently a planned future campus for our School of Serious Games and Edutainment, a non-denominational Christian church, research projects and youth programs. The currently planned location for the Geelix Campus is Mojave, California. The goal is for the Geelix Campus to eventually include:
- School/office space; 10,000+ people.
- Auxiliary buildings; including laboratories, convention centres, guest houses and
  accomodations, churches, restaurants and reception.
- High bandwidth Internet access with LAN and WiFi.
- Open and motivating landscape and architecture.
 

Purpose

A goal is to invite undergraduate students, graduate students, doctoral students, and professors to participate in computer science, computer games, arts and design, related educational and research programs. The educational and research programs are and will be focusing on serious games and edutainment. A further goal is to invite aspiring kids for making new serious game concepts; usability studies, user experience studies, game development; computer science related education; and Christian ethics/values education and motivation.
